Our experience of renting a new place through Burns&Webber was nothing short of amazing, I would recommend them without thinking twice! I contacted most of the real estate agencies in Guildford, only to be disappointed by the state of houses available with them. With a last ray of hope, I finally got in touch with Burns & Webber and the tables turned and how! We finally managed to equip the perfect home in the perfect location despite the renting market being in an all time low these past few months. Needless to say, these guys know what they're doing! What stood out the most for me was the impeccable customer service by our letting agent, Isla. She was super helpful and patient throughout, always went a step ahead to ensure we were happy and was so efficient in resolving our queries both over phone and email. I'm delighted to be writing this review on International Women's Day, especially because our renting process was managed by an all-women's team!
