The Home Club have been very helpful throughout our student property search. They have remained in contact throughout, ensuring to inform us as soon as any properties which suited our criteria became available. I have been in contact with both James and Angelica who are both friendly and approachable and keep the customer in mind throughout the process.

After three years of varying levels of disappointment with one of the big agencies, I decided to make a change and thought that I may as well try someone newly set-up. The team at The Home Club proved to have a clear and professional understanding of Guilford and its property market. While I thought that I would be dealing with ‘just’ another agency, I must admit that I couldn’t’ have been more wrong... Owning and running my own restaurant, I have limited free time and communication is vital to me. With the help of the landlord app, I could catch up with everything that happened at times that suited me. The journey of my property letting experience was utterly transparent, efficient and kind – very refreshing. For the first time in a long time, I felt that I was dealing with people who were genuinely doing their best for me, rather than promising the world, while really only worrying about their fees.
