I was looking for a place to let and came across the home club, from the first point of contact they where amazing!!! So customer focused and where able to answer all questions I had (as this was the first time renting). I had been to other letting agents who were not that helpful and I was made to feel like another number. It’s a breath of fresh air to see a bunch of people who just focus on you and are willing to go above and beyond to try and make sure you What you are looking for! I think most of the reviews are fake. They promised me some stuff they were not included in the house just to make me sign the contract. Two years later, I lost my deposit because the exterior wall of the house got some mould.
