The Home club made a massive difference to the stay in my home in Guildford for a year. Every single time an issue was reported in our household, whether it be minor or major...they were straight on the case and incredibly efficient when dealing with the problem. James in particular was an amazing help to us throughout our stay, often dealing with issues on the same day that they were reported. Having agents that we can trust so well has meant a far more pleasant tenancy and I would highly recommend the Home Club to any future tenants.
