As discussed, it wasn't our intention to mislead anyone, however, having now seen the photographs that you sent to the tenants and the extent of mould, I absolutely understand your concerns. When speaking to the current tenants I did voice my shock to them too, albeit we had to figure out first the mould was in a different location than those in your photos. I can assure you that it is not something we are taking lightly; we have addressed this with the landlord who sought immediate action.
