Absolutely fantastic experience with Rachel East at The Home Club Guildford! From our very first interaction, Rachel was a true professional. Her deep knowledge of the local market and strategic approach were evident, and we were absolutely thrilled when she let our flat within the first day for the full asking price! Rachel's expertise and years of experience shone through in every aspect of the process. She was incredibly efficient, communicative, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her understanding of potential tenants and her ability to match them with the right property is clearly exceptional. We are so incredibly happy with the result and wholeheartedly recommend Rachel East and The Home Club Guildford to anyone looking to let their property quickly and effectively. A true pro and a pleasure to work with! Five stars all the way!
