DDM Residential Grimsby

Doug has been very helpful in my recent purchase and has excellent knowledge of the local property market.

Doug and the team are very helpful and communicate effectively. Thank you all for your help. :)

Had a fantastic viewing experience with Ellie Childs! She was incredibly knowledgeable, highlighting all the key features of the property while answering every question I had with ease. Truly professional and helpful—highly recommended!

We used DDM when we moved to Grimsby 2 and a half years ago. Manager Doug Webster was the main contact at that time. We decided to use DDM again to move away. Doug was again the main contact. Doug was extremely kind, professional, supportive and helpful. In our opinion he went above and beyond to help the sale complete. He was emailing solicitors regularly to get and keep things moving throughout what appeared to be a complex situation at the bottom of the chain. He kept us up to date at all times via email or phone. We met some of his team who were also extremely helpful. Not surprising with the influence of a manager like Doug. I would definitely recommend DDM in Grimsby to anyone who wants to move home. They were absolutely amazing. Ron and Sandra Bate

Doug was very helpful and professional during our purchase of one of DDM’s properties. He kept us in the loop and made sure all queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We’re looking forward to moving into our new house in a few days time!

We have been landlords with DDM residential agent for over 20 years, their service has been consistently excellent. Professional, reliable, and knowledgeable, they have managed our properties with care and efficiency. It is rare to find a company that maintains such high standards over such a long period and that speaks volumes about their commitment to clients. We trust them completely and would highly recommend them to any landlord/tenant. Thank you Lynne Matthews and your team. We appreciate you all. Nawa & Mary Sumbwanyambe

We have just purchased our house with DDM. We had Lee deal with us throughout the sale, it was far from easy sailing but Lee was always reachable and always helpful to the best of his ability which gave us peace of mind. We would definitely recommend DDM the whole Grimsby team are very friendly and very helpful.

The service is fantastic, DDM are always quick to respond to any problems and they are resolved swiftly. The team are approachable and friendly and keep to times when visiting the property for yearly viewings plus offer flexibility around work. They always consult you so you feel your rental is your home. Checks and updates that are required are kept up to date and you feel secure knowing that anything that requires assistance they are a phone call away. I would recommend renting properties from DDM’s.
