DDM Residential Grimsby

DDM Grimsby, particularly Doug, have done a really good job getting my house sold. After a particularly difficult buyer initially I have finally got a buyer and all being well we complete next week. Doug has worked really hard and gone above and beyond to keep me updated and get everything sorted out for me. Thanks!

(DDM Residential) The staff has been amazing towards finding me a property. very professional understandably and kind very warm and friendly especially Mr Jarad Stansfield, "THANK YOU ALL".

Highly recommended as estate agents and mortgage advisor.

Friendly team and fast response to our IT queries at Seymours

The team at Evolution IT is lead by Duwayne Lake who is not just super helpful but thorough, patient, knowledgeable and effective. I've lost count of the number of times i have called him at inconvenient hours to sort out something that was probably my shortcoming in the first place and he ALWAYS resolves the issue swiftly. His colleague Ricki Rajah is in the same mould. 5 stars for sure but would award more if i could!

Fantastic service. We have used them for many years and Duwayne and the team are always responsive, friendly and help with IT issues immediately. Very happy. Can't recommend them highly enough

Seymours Lettings & Management Ltd have had a business relationship with Evolution IT for years now, Duwayne Lake, Ricki Rajah and Nav Murthy are not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but refreshingly pleasant to deal with, the service they offer has a personal feel to it. Always a 5* Service!

Sweetings Property Management have been using Duwayne and the team for a number of years now and have always found them to be incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive, but perhaps most importantly highly skilled in resolving any issues that we encounter. Thanks team, keep up the good work!

Alex and Maria at the Brigg office were fantastic. They kept me up to date every step of the way and they kept in close contact with my solicitor to keep things moving along quickly. These guys work really hard and I wouldn't think twice about using them again in the future. I would definitely recommend!
