DDM Residential Grimsby

Seymours Letting & Management Services in Guildford have been using Evolution IT for the past 26 years. I have personally had the pleasure of working with Duwayne and his team for the last 14 of those. The first point of contact boys and girls are so knowledgeable and quite often amaze me at how simply they can sort my problem out. Rod has been especially patient with me over the years. Nothing is too much effort or too difficult.

Grimsby branch! Absolutely amazing staff and sold our house within weeks and went above and beyond to get the sale completed!

Shocking! No sales progression and if you do gain any insight it’s usually untruths! Avoid if possible

DDM was the agent I chose to sell my house. They marketed it on the Friday, I had 3 viewings the day after and received 2 bids. I accepted a bid and it was sold. The sale was difficult because of online solicitors who were useless but …

Thanks to the great team at DDM residential Grimsby who managed to find a buyer and have my house sold within a week. They are very professional, enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble I highly recommend using this company can't thank them enough 😊 …

We completed a house sale last week. The team at Gainsborough were fantastic throughout. Constantly chasing solicitors, vendors and us to keep things moving throughout the sale process. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful , and they were happy to organise several additional visits to the house after our offer was accepted. 5 star service, would recommend!

Outstanding service from The team especially Zoe. Zoe went above and beyond to make sure our house purchase would go through no matter how many hurdles was in the way although we purchased our property through the modern day auction through DDMAlways communicated well to keep us up to date with any information that she received Thank you so very much

We have just brought our first house and we could not thank Jarad enough. He has been brilliant since the very beginning when we booked our viewing, all the way through to completion. Jarad continued to keep us up to date with any developments, even when a week went by with no updates Jarad still made me aware so we were constantly kept in the loop. Brilliant service!

DDM Residential helped me to sale my house. All team nice and helpfull. Professional and they always care for customers needs. If you need sale or rent property then only with DDM. Another agents should learn from them.

Jared at DDM was fantastic with us, he was there every step of the way and helped us with any questions or paperwork that was needed. I would recommend DDM as they are professional and very responsive. Thank you to all staff !!
