We have just bought our bungalow with the help of the Greasby office, Sue is an absolute star as are the ladies who showed us around the Bungalow, their time and patience was very much appreciated. I did have to think twice before writing the following but I decided I had to as it upset me so much. Jess in the office always made us feel uncomfortable, we felt as if we shouldn’t be disturbing her, I won’t go into every single detail but enough to say when Sue handed us our keys and Jess gave us the Karl Tatler, welcome to your new home card, it wasn’t even our name on the card, when I pointed this out her reply was “oh, I don’t know how I did that” and went back to eating her lunch. This would have been a 5 star review, if our experience with Jess hadn’t been so rude.
I would seriously consider another selling agency for a more considered approach, KT value your property for a quick sale and validate this by having the best track record in Greasby... by underselling houses to get their fee, I would consider Jones & Chapman or BFL first who work harder to sell your property at its true value, and act on the seller's behalf and not the buyer.

The Greasby Branch is very poor to say the least. They showed all the wonderful statistics of how they are the best. As soon as I signed the agreement it all changes, sales executive that was given to us (Jess) was useless and got one viewer the time it was with them. Handed over at one stage to a young gentleman who managed to get two. Went in sit with Jess to see why it's not moving as we had put an offer on another property. She said its priced a bit high (was their evaluation not mine) so I lowered it. Had made the decision they price high as their fees are the highest on the wirral, went it to give them written notice of 14 days as per their contract. Offered Jess the letter she we don't need that will enter into system. So the first day we put it on the market with another estate agent we get a call from Noah saying we were in breach of contract, why you may ask? Jess had not entered anything on the system. I work a lot with companies on Voice of the customer (VOC) They simply don't understand it. Trying to send an email to Karl Tatler himself is some what difficult for obvious reasons, but I will find a way. Quite simple if want proper customer service don't use Karl Tatler
Vile and corrupt Greasby branch agents, rented a contaminated property and refused to take the responsibility. Pocketed the deposit and the cleaning fees illegally despite The Tenant Fees Act 2019. Avoid 49 Summertrees avenue!
Very bad service! the agents hung up the call while my husband was still talking..as if they can't be bother to deal with renters ! horrible attitude. Gave one star because can't give 0
