From start to finish we were kept well informed at all stages the sale, with Ellie helping us negotiate through the sale agreements when needed. Our property was empty, so after the initial Valuation, we handed the keys to the girls at the Greasby branch and they handed all viewings on our behalf. Once the Sale price was agreed, they acted as mediators for both ourselves and the buyer, to finalise completion of outstanding works, even helped organise a meeting of both parties, to ensure complete transparency prior to exchange of contracts. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend to prospective vendors.

We have been so pleased with Karl Tatler, from the sale of ours to our search for a new one. The staff we have communicated with such as Jess and Ellie are so helpful and friendly. Lydia is always such a great assistance to us and always doing her best to help us, she couldn't do more.
