I feel I must share my selling and purchasing experience as I can’t praise Andrew and his team at Balgores enough for a making this transition go so smoothly for me. After losing my husband, I felt it was time to move from a house to a flat. But a huge decision for me and very daunting at facing having to do this on my own. But I need not have worried. We originally put our property on the market last October and it was sold within a week. However, unbeknownst to Jason or Andrew Perry there was an underlying factor affecting our purchasers mortgage. The house then had to go back on the market in January. Again within a week we had two offers and it was sold again. The new purchasers were eager to complete by 31st March which was achieved. However, it was not without the hard work and determination by both Jason and Andrew to push it over the finish line. It has been a very stressful 6 months, but the team at Gravesend have been helpful and supportive all the way through and I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and professionalism.
