We had a good discussion about a realistic value and marketing price for our property. The process from that point on, to the property going live was seamless. He took care of the viewings and always gave us feedback. From the day our property went on the market to the completion date was just over 4 months. The conveyancing went smoothly and this was due to both the Balgores team and the competent solicitor recommended by them. Moving home is never without some stresses and concerns but we always felt supported.
