Balgores were not an Estate Agent I knew of. But we contacted 4 estate agents, two we knew, one recommended by a trusted source. Then Balgores, who got a good review from an Estate Agent review site. Balgores convinced us that they could do better. And while we did not get the prices target, we did better than we would with the others. Andrew Perry push hard with viewers, pushed us too but we didn't need pushing. He was candid and honest. We might sell again in the area, we'll be calling Balgores first.
