To the back is the store room where the dog treats are kept. Very easy to communicate with everyone as the right hand (side) knows what the left hand (side) is doing and there is never a time when you are left wondering if they actually know who you are and which property you are selling/letting. This is very important in my opinion and key to why they are so successful. They manage a rental property for me with efficiency and thoroughness and recently sold a house in a record 66 days from first advertising to completion. Their knowledge of the local market is excellent and they have good relationships with all the solicitors in the town (for selling) and many tradespeople for prompt repairs when letting. These are serious advantages when deciding to employ their services.
