I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Stonegates and would not recommend their services. Their communication was poor, with emails and calls frequently going unanswered. When I did manage to get in touch, responses were vague, unhelpful, and often contradicted previous information. This lack of clarity made the entire rental process unnecessarily stressful. When it came time to move out, the handling of my deposit was equally disappointing and any attempt to negotiate with them was met with slow, dismissive responses. The lack of professionalism in this area was particularly concerning. Overall, my experience with Stonegates has been one of poor communication, disregard for tenants, and a lack of accountability. I strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services.
