Have used Balgores to purchase a property and then twice to rent the property out. They have been completely amazing and professional throughout. My most recent time with them - I had some difficulties with a tenant and the letting team was super in providing support and help and going over above their duties to assist and then managed to get a new tenant with minimal turnaround time.
