We received an exceptional services from Balgores, Gravesend. I initially chose this agent (over others) based on first impressions and online reviews. Now that we've finally come to the end of the house sale process, I can honestly say that I have no regrets about my decision. These guys were consistently polite, calm, professional and most importantly, personable. Nothing ever seemed too much effort for them and I never got the feeling that I was being a hindrance.
