Jason did our valuation, he came prepared with comparables, how our home would be marketed, and spot on with the valuation, after also doing our own research. He even had our EPC, he stood out from two other local agents who valued our home. It’s our most expensive asset and we wanted to make sure it was in good hands through the sale, their fee came in slightly higher than the other two agents, however, you get the service you pay for, and it’s been an exceptional one. We wanted our sale in the right hands and not by local cowboys. The photos were amazing, they were efficient and within 24 hours of marketing, we had an over asking price offer, which was agreed with myself and Jason on a Sunday, even out of working hours, doesn’t stop these guys. We agreed the offer on the 22nd September, and have now exchanged, we are due to complete in two weeks to give us time to relocate up North. The timing has been tremendous. Clear communication throughout, we also used their solicitor recommendation to make the transition as smooth as possible, and it has been, the solicitor Arvillo, are just as efficient as Balgores. Again, everything was extremely transparent, to the point, I haven’t had to chase throughout any of the process, and very cost effective.
