Andrew also recommended a Conveyancing group of solicitors and, we were delighted with the speed and efficiency of the solicitor that we were assigned. Everything was done on an online portal which Andrew had access to and as a result, he was able to see how the sale was progressing and was also able to liaise with our buyers’ solicitor. We found this to be extremely helpful especially when there were a few issues that needed to be resolved as we were able to rely on Andrew to get things sorted on our behalf.
