Always on-hand to talk to, always professional yet very friendly, efficient and obvious the whole office works as a team as we could speak to anyone (and they knew us, our property and would help immediately), yet the whole process is managed by an individual who takes ownership so you are not just a number passed to different people as the sale progresses through various stages.
