I found Balgores, specifically Frank and Oliver, to be extremely helpful, polite, timely and proactive in sorting out problems. Their assistance was vital during some late stage problems with the solicitors and I was very grateful for their professionalism. I hope I won't be buying a house again too soon, but if I were to be I would have no reservations about being involved with Balgores and would recommend them to any prospective buyers or sellers.
