I highly recommend Balgores. Andrew Perry is a true professional, highly experienced; he provides great customer service and is very pleasant to deal with. Balgores handled the sale of our family home after my father died, which was obviously a sensitive time for us. Although Andrew found a buyer almost immediately, subsequent difficulties were created further down the chain and the sale took six months to complete. Andrew dealt with all this extremely well without showing any signs of frustration (although he would have been perfectly within his rights to do so), and he kept me fully abreast of every development (and lack of), with phone calls on a daily basis. It is difficult to imagine a more difficult set of circumstance; as well as it being right in the middle the post-Covid political environment, the war in Ukraine also began shortly after the sale was agreed. These conditions brought additional uncertainty and challenges, with a background of prices rising, interest rates increasing and house sales slumping.
