When I moved the sale of my property from another agency to Balgores things were slow to develop, but after reluctantly reducing the asking price we had a response within hours from two potential buyers, one of whom is now the new owner of the house. We had deadlines to meet, which Frank and Andrew were aware of, and as the potential buyer was amenable to these, the deal was done with little fuss. With a close and regular contact and relationship between the agency and buyer, the agency and us, as well as both sets of solicitors, Frank was able to bring things to a satisfactory conclusion, for which we are grateful. Why only 4 stars? I'm not telling!!!
