Balgores have been truly wonderful in all our dealings with them and I must say, have completely changed my view of estate agents! Following the passing of my father, my husband and myself were looking to sell our house along with my mum's house, in order to purchase a joint house so my mum could live with us. It has been a complicated process co-ordinating the sale of both houses and the purchasing of the house we all wanted to buy. Quite honestly we did not really think that Balgores would be able to pull it off, not least because of the economic climate, but they have! We initially met Jason who was so reassuring and positive and our houses were duly put on the market. Frank then took over and he has always been so kind, helpful, patient, professional, efficient, and above all, very supportive. He has always offered great advice and genuinely seems to have our best interests at heart. He has responded immediately to all queries, kept us constantly in the loop at all times and has just been so positive and reassuring in keeping our spirits up throughout this whole process.
