I feel I must share my selling and purchasing experience as I can’t praise Andrew and his team at Balgores enough for a making this transition go so smoothly for me. After losing my husband, I felt it was time to move from a house to a flat. But a huge decision for me and very daunting at facing having to do this on my own. But I need not have worried. Andrew Perry was there for me every step of the way from the moment I walked into their Gravesend Office. Although I am of senior years and a few past moves with with late husband, I was aware of the huge range of estate agents out there. I had a good gut feeling and vibes that I would be alright if I signed with Balgore as my sole agent. I wasn’t proved wrong, with Andrew, everything was explained clearly. Before I knew it, photography was arranged, done, approved and online. Viewings began, (Andrew ensures they are the most suitable viewings for my situation which speeds up the process). Balgores are very professional, and knowledgeable of the market and have a team process that really speeds up the whole process. The legal process is very daunting a big part that I was very apprehensive about. But I always had the assistance at hand when I didn’t quite understand exactly what was required at times (understandable to a person of 77 years of age). But taking Andrew’s advice, recommendations and his reassurance at all times, he was invaluable for helping me to achieve my apartment purchase which I didn’t think would happen. Obviously as with any business of this nature, there are bound to be a few ups and downs. There was never a time when I wasn’t able to speak with Andrew. He was always there at the end of the phone daily to keep me informed of things. I never imagined that from walking into the office of Balgores Estate Agent in Gravesend on 13th May that my house would be sold by 29th May and on the same day I put in an offer which was accepted for my new downsized property. I cannot thank him enough. Once a buyer for my property had been found, our almost daily WhatsApp messages and calls was a brilliant and most efficient way to keep in touch. I would 100% recommend using Balgores in Gravesend and speak to Andrew if you are considering selling.
