We met Andrew from Balgores in Gravesend about 2yrs ago, when we were about to put our house up for sale. At that time, we went along with another very well-known estate agent, who had recently sold a family member's house. I got back to Andrew & said he'd given a good spiel, so we may speak again. Unfortunately, the week after our house went on the market, the mortgage crisis started & the other estate agent only managed to get 2 viewers for our house from May-October. Andrew had kept in touch throughout 2023, so in spring 2024 we asked him to sell our house. Still the selling market was difficult, but Balgores managed to get us quite a few viewers. All the staff were very helpful throughout & Balgores eventually secured a buyer, helping us at all times during the selling process.
