Jo and Nicola worked hard to help following the sale progress. Ben the mortgage advisor was extremely patient and helped us looking at different products and recommended the most suitable mortgage. I would strongly recommend them who are always polite, friendly, professional and helpful.

Our new house purchase was through Robinson and Jackson, Gravesend. They provided Excellent Service, especially Jo, the Sale Progressor! The communication was excellent, she was very helpful, always willing to listen to our demands and very patient with us. We really appreciated all her efforts!

We debated using an online company but were impressed by our initial meeting with Reece and are glad that we decided to put our house in the hands of RM&J. Throughout the sale process we were given useful and honest information and advice on which to make decisions. Once sold we worked with the after sales team-Nicky and Jo and were equally impressed with their support and the level of communication that we received. Highly recommend Chloe from the lettings team, she is very professional and efficient! After advertising my rental property with another local agent for 2 weeks I decided to contact Robinson Michael and Jackson with the hope that they would offer a better service. I spoke to a lovely lady Chloe from the lettings team and she immediately showed confidence and enthusiasm in being able to quickly find a suitable tenant. Chloe was extremely helpful in every aspect of the tenant find and dealt with everything in a highly professional manner and had offers within a couple of weeks. I would definitely approach Chloe for my future tenant finds.

I would highly recommend using Robinson Michael & Jackson in Gravesend. We have just exchanged today and we have sold and purchased a house with them. Our house was sold a matter of days after we decided to list with them. In our first week we had around 7 appointments booked and this was before we were listed online. Andy worked with us to help us purchase the house we wanted. There were no games, he was very up front and honest which meant we could secure the house quickly. Throughout this process we have also liaised with Jo and Nicola who have kept us up to date with both our buyer and seller progress. They too were very open and honest and gave great advice about where we were in the process. Even put up with the occasional stroppy email when we felt things were stalling. Overall a very high standard of customer service. Hopefully won't be buying or selling again anytime soon but I would not hesitate to go back to them when the time comes and would recommend to others.

We would recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson, Gravesend to everyone. We found ourselves needing to sell within a tight deadline and had a bad experience with an online estate agent. RM&J gave us our confidence back in the whole process, they were honest and professional and the entire team worked to get a buyer within our deadline. Communication was fantastic all the way though, in particular Jo worked tirelessly to ensure we managed to get to completion in good time. Excellent service.
