My wife and I recently used Robinson Michael and Jackson to sell our house in Gravesend. This was the second time we have sold our home with the them and our experience was similar to the first. We have also purchased two houses through RMJ in Gravesend and having bought our current property through a different agent demonstrates just how professional they are. Andy the manager leads an excellent team and Jo and Nicola who provide regular updates are fantastic as is Tom who sold our property for the price we wanted. On both occasions RMJ sold our properties quickly. In my experience this company do not meet the typical sterotype of an estate agency and I would not hesitate to buy or sell a property through them in the future. I found the service from RMJ in Gravesend so good that I didn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend. We purchased via the Gravesend branch and they maintained great communication through out the process. As first time buyers they were always on hand to help with any queries we had about what happens during each stage of the process. Everyone we dealt with offered a high level of customer service from the sales lady who showed us around the house originally, to each person we dealt with in the office. All have a wealth of knowledge about the business and are highly trained.

I am renting a property and used these guys after having a terrible time with Purple Bricks, my move with them was scheduled for 23 March 2019 by the second week of May i still hadn't moved and was told..again..that I wouldn't be moving for at least another 2 weeks. I had more than enough of being messed about and started looking around. I found a place and with help from Chloe and Abbie I was in my new home within a couple of weeks.
