I had such a great experience with Erin as my letting agent! She was friendly, helpful and so lovely to deal with. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of speaking to Tammy, she was lovely and personable and I’m sure she will be incredibly helpful in finding a home !

Thank you so much Tammy, you're indeed so brilliant 👏 in your Job, thank you in supporting me, in getting my property, I do appreciate your commitment. God bless 🙌 …

Erin was absolutely lovely throughout the whole process. She was very helpful, professional and quick to respond whenever I had any questions. She made the whole process feel much easier and was always friendly and reassuring. Really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend her!

The team at RMJ have been absolutely amazing. Erin in particular has been a huge help in getting our viewing sorted and helping us through the entire process! Massive thanks to the team!

I want to say a big thank you to Erin Goddard for helping me find my rental apartment. From start to finish the whole process was seamless and she was there every step just from answering questions and informing me what documents I need to provide. Thanks again to the Gravesend rental team!

The seller of my new property used RMJ, and they dealt with the EA side of the sale promptly and efficiently. Getting my keys on completion was easy and they even gave us a small gift box and a photo of the property which was a great touch. Jo in particular was very helpful with our purchase. Thanks guys.

Sorry for the late reply. Andy was a nice and very understanding that I am deaf. He had made sure I understood what’s he planning to do to carry out the valuations on my house. Going through each things for example fees, cost EPC, solicitors if I need one, having photos taken, etc. Andy even promised he will email with details and provide the report which he had done within a few days later, what we had talk about. I am very grateful for that. I am hoping maybe in 6 months time to return to Robinson Michael & Jackson for another advice and if I decide to sell. I hope Andy and his team to guide me in the right direction . Thankyou
