Sorry for the late reply. Andy was a nice and very understanding that I am deaf. He had made sure I understood what’s he planning to do to carry out the valuations on my house. Going through each things for example fees, cost EPC, solicitors if I need one, having photos taken, etc. Andy even promised he will email with details and provide the report which he had done within a few days later, what we had talk about. I am very grateful for that. I am hoping maybe in 6 months time to return to Robinson Michael & Jackson for another advice and if I decide to sell. I hope Andy and his team to guide me in the right direction . Thankyou
