Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend

We finally completed on our new home. Was a bit of a mix of positive and negative: lack of communication with the initial sales team, weren’t give full info to start, then specifics requested not fed back to seller which potentially could …

It was good, we want to say a thank you to Tammy

Was met by RMJ Representative. Who gave adequate and informative information. Property wasn't suitable as parking was awkward. And had no White goods at all....

Everybody was really helpful including Jack who came out to value and photograph my property and Lily who despite me later taking the property off the market, was lovely in providing practical help and advice for me going forward. Thank you

Prompt service & great communication. Majority of work undertaken was completed online - this saved from any potential hassle. Special thanks for libby Welch who was our (me & partners) main point of contact. Thank you!

Reliable

Great estate agent. I chose them out of three different agents as I felt most at ease with them. Their marketing was good and I got viewings very quickly including an offer in the first week. From sale to completion they have been very good to deal with and always easy to get in touch with if I had questions. I would recommend them.

I had a positive experience with RMJ Lettings team. I was looking to rent my first property and from start to finish the process was very quick. Ella was very helpful and understanding of all my questions that I had which I appreciated. Libby and Ellie where on hand throughout the process and then I met Simon for my key collection. Lovely guy, very professional. Highly recommend!

Great profiled agents but a bit pricey based on my experience with other agents and I couldn't get my targeted rent. The team were very helpful, specially Simon, Ellie and Ella been very helpful through out the process.

I had a fantastic experience working with Robinson Michael & Jackson team who helped me find the perfect home. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and they demonstrated a clear understanding of my requirements. Unlike several other estate agents I dealt with over the past few months, this team executed the job perfectly. Though there were a few gaps in aligning my specific situations, which we had discussed earlier, the overall experience was positive. I'd like to highlight the wonderful teamwork exhibited by Andy, the branch manager, along with Ryan, Tammy, and Lilly. Their combined efforts truly made a difference. Well done!
