Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend

I had a great experience with these people! They are doing their job absolutely amazing! We bought a house from them, and they even helped me much more than the agency we sold our house with. I will definitely recommend!!!! More than 5 stars!!!

I would and have recommended Robinson Micheal and Jackson at Gravesend. Reece is a true professional as are all the team. They answer every question and work so hard for you. I have brought and sold through this team and would not look at anyone else. I sold this time through them with great service. The agent I brought through this time I would not go near again! For an estate agent that puts you first look nowhere else.

Robinson Michael and Jackson were brilliant in helping us sell our house recently, we have used them several times and they always offer an excellent service. We always felt like we were being kept informed of how things were going and there was always someone at the end of the phone if we had any queries- wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Fantastic Team - After a lengthy process of selling my home with RMJ I never lost faith in the team. Mainly dealing with Andy & Jo, their expert advice and calming nature certainly made the process of selling my house easier than one first thought. Job well done indeed!

Very pleased with all aspects of their service - from initial valuation and advertising right through to sales progression liaising and keeping all parties in the chain informed and reassured. Having interacted with other Estate Agents I must say that that I am so pleased that we chose these guys as they are professional in their approach and actually care about the whole transaction. So If you are seriously motivated to move absolutely get "Robinsons" involved in your sale

Robinson Michael & Jackson have been incredible. We have had a very difficult journey to buying our house, none of the problems was caused by the estate agents, but the solicitors where constantly delaying the process. Robinson Michael & Jackson have been very professional, always answering my questions about the house buying process and explaining what my solicitor was emailing me about. As we were getting closer towards exchange Jo and Nicola would answer my phone calls daily about progress. On every occasion when my solicitor phoned me to give me an update on the progress of the purchase I was already aware as Jo or Nicola would have phoned or emailed me the previous day to let me know what was happening. I would definitely recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend.

Fantastic estate agents! After wasting six months with another agent, RMJ sold our house within a few days!! Brilliant and professional after sales team, Nicola and Jo, who were with us every step of the way. Always offered good advice and guidance when the going got tough. Thanks again to the whole team, we couldn't have done it without you 😁

On for

Had two viewings with Jake from RMJ and overall had a good experience. He was polite, efficient, and very helpful during our first visit, sharing great details about the property. My only minor critique is that our second visit was a bit quiet, but professional nonetheless. Thank you, Jake!

Jake was knowledgeable and on time . Would recommend for viewings
