Throughout the whole sale, which took ages to complete, the staff were in constant contact with all parties, their communication is excellent. I would like to particularly thank Jo Rossiter who worked tirelessly and without her input I am sure we would still be waiting to exchange and complete.

Ben Griffin the mortgage adviser in the branch has yet again exceeded my expectations! He was able to source me a specialist mortgage lender and was able to get me a rate that no one else could! Highly recommend his services as he always gets in contact in advance of mortgage fixed rates ending so I never get stung on the variable rate. I have used Ben now for the past 6 years for my mortgage needs and he has never let me down, I just wish all brokers were the same as Ben.
Reply from Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend: Thank you so much for your review about Ben. He is very much part of the RMJ team so it means a lot to us all.
