We’d like to share our experience with EweMove Doncaster as we recently went through the process of selling our home. At the start of our journey, we weren’t sure what type of estate agent or package would suit us best. Like many people, we obtained a few valuations, three in total, and EweMove Doncaster stood out for several reasons. All the agents valued our property at roughly the same price, so our decision wasn’t based on who promised the highest figure. Instead, it came down to the overall service and approach. What really impressed us was how EweMove handled the initial visit. They didn’t just walk around the house and give a valuation. They took the time to sit down with us, explain the full process. Only then did they assess the house, show us comparable propertiesì which gave us confidence that their valuation was well informed and realistic. In terms of their service, EweMove offers a comprehensive package that covers everything, from professional photography to marketing the property online. They even shared the photos with us before listing to ensure we were completely happy. While some of these elements are standard across agents, it was the personal touches that made the difference for us. For example, they provided us with a helpful book on selling our home before we had even committed to using them, which showed a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. They conducted numerous viewings and kept us fully updated after each one, providing clear feedback, insights into potential buyers, and, where possible, information about budgets and expectations. This was incredibly useful in helping us understand the market response and whether we needed to make any adjustments. Our house sold within a week of going on the market and very close to our asking price. We believe this is a testament to their honest valuation and strong negotiation on our behalf. The entire experience was smooth and largely stress free. We felt supported every step of the way and didn’t have to worry about the details. We genuinely appreciate the time, effort, and dedication that the team put into selling our home. It often felt like they were working around the clock to ensure everything progressed quickly and efficiently. Importantly, they didn’t overprice the property just to win our business. They gave an honest valuation and clear advice on the best way to achieve a successful sale. A special thank you to Ryan and his wife for all your help and hard work in making this process such a positive experience and helping us move forward with our plans. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EweMove Doncaster to anyone looking to sell their home.
