Karl also exceeded our expectations when he went "Above & Beyond" the call of duty after our exchange and completion couldn't happen on the same day as planned (again, no fault of Burns & Webber) We were left with a lorry full of furniture to unload in the pouring rain, but Karl didn't hesitate in lending a much needed hand, despite getting soaked in the process!!
