I had a very good experience with Stefanie who followed me throughout the purchase of my flat. She is very kind and always approachable. She helped me with all my questions throughout the process and also afterwards. The only thing I wish for is that the figures on the brochure were a bit more accurate in regards to ground rent and service charge. However, I am thankful for how I was followed throughout the process and happy to own my own apartment :)

After having a pretty unpleasant experience with another estate agent in Gloucester, Stefanie has turned my opinion upside down and has been incredible from the start. She is a very warm and friendly woman, first showing me around the house we are buying and then making time for my partner on a Saturday to see it, meaning her day was longer. She has had brilliant communication throughout the process, pretty much replying instantly.
