We have been with Belvoir from 2021 as private tenants. Georgia our contact/agent, is always quick to respond to any maintenance requirements, keeps us updated on inspections due & other safety inspections, she is so reliable and we can't praise her enough for all she has done & continues to do for us. Outstanding customer service from Georgia Steven’s at Belvoir, Gloucester. Georgia is always very professional, extremely helpful and friendly. If all Estate Agents were as good as Georgia is there would be far fewer Tenant/Landlord issues. I would highly recommend both Georgia and Belvoir for all your Estate Agent requirements.

We just had a viewing at 90 Goose Bay Drive, Kingsway GL2 2EW and it was lovely. The Kitchen, living room, bedrooms and garden really stood out and I can see myself making some happy memories there. It's definitely one to consider. A slight drawback was that the garage was a bit of walk from the main house. I wanted to express my gratitude for the assistance of Stefanie during property viewing. It was a great experience and I appreciate her professionalism.

I have dealt with Georgia (lettings manager) since 2021 when we moved in. From showing us around the property, promptly having paperwork ready for us to move in SUPER quick! She has also been great at assisting with maintenance issues and having them sorted very quickly! Georgia is actually my favourite person to deal with when needing to contact Belvoir and she’s honestly BRILLIANT. I couldn’t recommend Belvoir estate agents enough! But specifically, because she works there!
