I did not have the best experience with the agency regarding mostly communication issues. The most important incident was when someone went into the flat for inspection without notify us at all. The other issue was with their paperwork at the beginning of the tenancy agreement as they didn't provide a list of the inventory or a detailed report of the situation of the flat. If I hadn't asked about the inventory, they wouldn't have mentioned it at all. I had to take photos of all the things of the apartment to send these to them. Poorly organised. They had the wrong date on the contract although they sorted it out quickly as far as I remember. I renew my contract after the first one ended and they couldn't accommodate a shorted tenancy agreement other than 9 months, although, I was there for 9 months already. As far as I know most of the agencies provide a rolling renewal of the contract each month when the initial contract finishes but I did not had this flexibility. In addition to that, you have to pay the advertisement expenses of around £200 in order to be able to terminate the contract earlier, while all the other agencies at the moment they only require a month notice to terminate any contract. On the good things, in every issue that I had they would send me someone to fix or they would advice on what should be done. I was speaking with some more helpful people during the last months of my contract in comparison to the beginning. Generally, it was a really moderate experience.

Think this must be the worst Letting Agency I Glasgow, if not the whole UK! Promises renaged on! Don't listen to your concerns! Don't contact the landlord when they say they will! Are very dismissive when you call! As soon as another property is found.... I'm off!

Had the worst experience with this agency. Staff are dismissive, tage ages to respond, did not properly deal with any of our concerns and seemed pretty apathetic. So glad we are with another agency now. Would avoid at all costs!

Absolutely worst people setting in this firm. Especially Huzaifa Tariq, who book viewing then make excuses that weather is not suitable etc. He should resign this job.
