Amazing!!!

I’ve been with Martin & Co for a few years and feel the time has come to leave a review of y experience with the company. Staff members are extremely helpful and always ready to acknowledge and deal with my concerns. Yvonne always stands out for me and as ever lays goes above and beyond with customer care and problem solving. I’ve also dealt with Namrah and I can fully commend her on hard work to keep accounts up to date. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at this branch for all the hard work and great customer care.

I have recently moved to my rented flat from Martin &Co agency. The whole process was very smooth and special thanks to Jyoti Tiwari for being involved in the process right from the start and guiding me through each step. Jyoti is a very efficient and professional staff who handles clients according to their needs.

Sale of flat

Very professional, friendly service. Finn was proactive at every stage of the process.

Great service

Treated like a customer. Not common with letting agencies who treat you as they are doing you a favour due to demand. Really personable staff, flat is fantastic and all our details were handled through a secure interface.

Rental experience

Martin & Co were great to deal with throughout the rental period. They were flexible and very easy to work with and were open minded throughout the process. A slight drawback relates to communication/providing updates, but when I followed up on these occasions the office were very responsive and dealt with any queries very well. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable of the relevant processes and market and most of all very approachable and cooperative. The exit process regarding check out and deposit return was smooth and hassle free. I would work with the team again in future.

Yvonne is very helpful when dealing with maintenance issues, always responding quickly and getting things moving as soon as possible. Very friendly and easy to communicate with as well.

Overall, our experience with Martin & Co as international students was quite positive. It was our first time apartment hunting, and Huzaifa helped us with all of our small and big queries. The process was fast, and they were responsive as well. However, one aspect that could be improved upon is the handling of the inventory checklist. Future customers and letting agents should be more cautious in ensuring that new tenants are informed about any damages present in the apartment during the checks. This includes what will be fixed, replaced, or if there are any issues that cannot be addressed. This would help new tenants be better prepared for their moving date. After that inventory check, this was the only thing we were not very happy about. Additionally, for future tenants, we advise checking everything thoroughly during the viewing, as you may not always get the chance to view the property multiple times. Having said that Despite this, after our move, Martin & Co agents namely Huzaifa and Namrah were quite helpful in getting things fixed promptly. Thankyou
