We never had a single issue with this agency for three whole years. Regular property inspections were carried out every six months, we kept the house in good condition, paid rent on time without fail, and thoroughly cleaned the property the day before returning the keys. The problems only started once we moved out. Since mid-November, they have been attempting to unfairly deduct from our deposit, claiming damages that simply do not exist. The property was left in the same condition as when we moved in. We repeatedly asked for proof of these alleged damages, and the only evidence provided was a few very questionable photos of areas that had clearly been cleaned. On top of this, the rent was increased every year by £40 — from £780 in 2023 to £840 in 2025 — and the same flat is now being advertised for £920 across all platforms. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this agency. New tenants should be aware.
