Was a tenant for nearly 5 years. Communication was great, and the agency always responded to my concerns quickly. Special thanks to Yvonne (Who I think has since moved jobs) who was my point of contact for all issues for majority of the tenancy. She was absolutely fantastic. As for the end, I cleaned the property, handed the keys over on the last day and got the full deposit back - that was it. No bitter arguments. Guess that is what professional letting agents look like. I can't say the same for my past experiences, so I'm really glad it all came to a good end.
