Rip off merchants. Attempt to lie to steal as much as your deposit as possible. Posting as a matter of public interest as this company are complete scam artists who do not value their tenants and will do anything but assist with any problems you may have during your tenancy. We documented our living conditions and luckily we managed to secure a full refund from SDS on our deposit after 6 months of contesting Martin and Co (who funnily enough could provide ZERO evidence of what they were claiming). AVOID!!!!!

Do not rent from this company. Constant issues and unprofessional staff

I am the parent of a Glasgow University student who has been with this company since June and I must say they have been entirely unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. You would think dealing with young adults that will be mostly their first time renting they would offer more support than what was given. I would suggest to any parent looking for accommodation for their young adult to go elsewhere.

Had t he worst experience with them. They let you know from the start how little they care about the tenants and how they only care about their money. They will dodge calls or delay their response. They are some of the least friendly and helpful people. Avoid if you can. Try anyone else
