Honestly the worst agency I ever had to deal with. Staff were unbelievably incompetent, as well as lazy and dismissive. I was renting flat a couple of years ago, just round the corner from them, we had bed bugs and severe damp and mould. The agency was informed straight away, and merely told us that we were lying. When, after at least one month, finally managed to get one of the agents to come and inspect the flat, we were again told that there were no bed bugs (despite proof of numerous bites), and that the complaint regarding the damp and mould could not be dealt with, as this was a structural issue, and that there was absolutely no way of being able to fix the problem. After thankfully leaving the property, there were false complaints from agents about how the flat was kept, and accusations of smoking in the flat, despite no proof at all. It took a while for us to argue our case with Safety Deposit Scotland, as they were asking for all of our deposit. In the end, they only received £50 of our £1000 deposit. I would avoid this organisation at all costs. Go for a more professionally ran agency, I'm sure there are plenty that are above this monstrosity.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Tried contacting multiple times via a number of different channels and yet to hear back. Very frustrating.

Think this must be the worst Letting Agency in Glasgow, if not the whole UK! Promises renaged upon! They DO NOT listen to your concerns! They don't contact the landlord when they say they will! Are very dismissive when you call! Extremely unprofessional! As soon as another property is found.... I'm off! Quick update, as soon I I found another property with different agents I left! I made sure I left the property spotless (it was a dump when I moved in) lo and behold, they tried to withhold my deposit citing they needed to get industrial cleaners in..... LIES LIES LIES🤥 The threat of a lawyer soon sorted this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!
