As the person I wanted to speak to about a shared equity property was elusive, I contacted his personal e mail several times asking some extra questions but got NO response...just as well I made no plans to travel the 250 miles to view since the property in question has now disappeared, presumably sold. Absolutely shocking, say that they will send you emails but you have to chase them down just to do this

They like to put the blame on other companies and leave you with out a working boiler for months and now they have set up a new account with a gas company in my name with out telling me and cancelled my current one no communication at all absolutely disgusted
