Horrible customer service, rude people . I applied to one of their homes I had the worst experience. they send you a form to fill out then they say all you need to do is wait to the landlord get back to them then you ask for an update they say unfortunately the house has already been rented??? but the next day they post the same house again on zoopla so i called them from another number and i asked about the house if it was available and they said yes they would send me the form to fill ???????? I don't know how it still keeps it open I give a star because there is no option for zero

I’ve applied for some houses to rent and they are never available , even they posted them at the time I’ve applied That’s not fair Not friendly at all when you call them 0 stars
