DDM helped me with the sale of my mum's property when she passed away in February. She was on palliative care so they helped me from December to get things in place and to confirm the best option for me was the new Auction and I have to say they were so helpful and patient with me and helped me throughout the process even with difficulties that arose. I must tell everyone though, if your property or your parents property has foam spray and you intend to sell you must get it removed or no lender will give a mortgage on it. Unfortunately we knew mum had been scammed to have this installed and it did cost nearly £3,000 to have it removed and then we had to have a survey to confirm there was not damp in the room.
