At the time, I thought that the best decision I had ever made was to sell the London flat. But, hang on a minute, just a couple of days later I realised that the best decision I had ever made was to put the sale of the flat in the capable hands of Katie Quartermaine at Aspire (Fulham office). She was awesome, so professional and dealt with every stage from start to finish. Katies’ helpfulness was also mirrored by all the other staff in the office. There may have a few hiccups along the way, but Katies’ attitude of ‘always expect the unexpected’ made light of any problems, and what may have appeared to me to be a major problem, was sorted out in next to no time. So the short of it is ... Katie gets my vote anytime and everytime. It’s just a shame that I don’t have any more London flats to sell!!
