Damien has blown my mind from start to finish in my dealings with him and is far from the typical estate agents I have had dealings with in the past (usually dressed in a cheap suit with a bad haircut). He came highly recommended to us based on the experience he had given to my mother and her partner. He came to value our house and take some well thought out photos that showcased our house perfectly. The VERY FIRST viewing of our house offered us full asking price. Damien’s work didn’t stop there, due to holdups in our onward chain we have only just exchanged contracts after 9 months.
