Excellent experience purchasing out first home. Damien form the Folkestone branch was outstanding. He found us our first home and the whole process from offer to completion was well tended to. Always responsive when we needed to ask a question. We were first time buyers and it can be intimidating getting up to speed with what we need to do but Damien made sure we were alway well informed and clear on what we needed to do to keep things running smoothly.
